Tenant Fee Schedule

 

A holding deposit equivalent to one weeks’ rent will be required on successful acceptance of the initial application.

 

Once referencing is completed and landlord approval received, one month’s rent, plus 5 weeks deposit, less the holding deposit will be required.

 

During the tenancy, should any amendments be required, there will be a flat fee of £50 for this process.

 

Should you there be the need to break the tenancy, this will be subject to the landlord’s agreement and then any rent due up to the day of the new tenancy, along with the landlords’ fees will be payable.

 

For Company Lets, there will be a reference fee payable of £90, along with a tenancy agreement fee of £120 and the deposit will be equivalent to six weeks’ rent.
